Viraclean has just been announced to the general public as the only clinically tested product that is proven to kill COVID-19, however the product is in short supply and is only available to the healthcare industry.  Private customers should not be trying to acquire this product as the supply chain currently cannot support private and health markets.  The manufacturer is working overtime to produce the product however the demand from health is higher than the capacity to produce.  Please do not contact us to find out if you can buy this product for your home, in a household setting standard retail product is recommended for cleaning.  In healthcare, the possibility of higher viral build-up is where Viraclean is required to be used to ensure healthcare workers and patients are at a lower risk of infection.

Please note stock is currently only available to regular RG Medical Supplies – NSW clients, your current wholesale provider should be able to access this product themselves, buying from your local wholesaler avoids product shortages from supply constraints due to one wholesaler attempting to buy up all of the stock.  Whiteley Corporation are controlling the shipment of these products and sending out product to all wholesale distributors.

WAREHOUSE:

To ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers our warehouse is closed to the public, only couriers for drop off and collection will be allowed at the warehouse. We are recommending clients order all items for delivery to minimise any non-essential travel, this includes all orders no matter the size.

PHONES:

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our phone system due to a high volume of calls, please bear with us during this time.

ORDERS:

We are currently experiencing lengthy delays in order processing, please contact us if any items in your order are required urgently and we will endeavor to expedite those items for you.  We are not currently accepting any orders from clients that do not have a previous relationship with us as we cannot source enough stock to look after our current customers.  All wholesalers are in the same situation, stock will start to flow again soon once the public hospitals have stocked up.

We will no longer be putting products on hold, if stock is available for sale we will be selling those items and not putting anything aside.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be processed in 2-4 business days but please be aware there may be extra delays from banks.

19th March 2020

The safety and wellbeing of both our staff and customers is our highest priority. We are currently also experiencing a higher than expected volume of inquiries, resulting in extended wait times. To address both points, we will be making some changes to our day-to-day operations.

WARRANTY:

  • All warranty concerns including claims, deliveries, troubleshooting, servicing etc, will now be handled on a 'drop off' and 'pick up' basis
  • This means customers can drop off items which require attention and retrieve them once the service has been completed, without the need to wait in-store.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

  • At this stage RG Medical Supplies NSW will be suspending all change of mind returns, until further notice in the interest of health and safety.

GO LOGISTICS and STARTRACK COURIER:

  • To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels be it at a post office or at a residence, will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
  • In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes into their local Post Office to collect a parcel, our staff member will ask and record the customers name and sign on their behalf
  • The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter
  • If no one at the premises, the courier will still leave a card as per normal

SERVICING:

  • To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, servicing for equipment on site will be advised on a case by case basis and any medical equipment that is faulty but not an essential device may have delayed service schedule.
  • In all cases, our technicians should have an area available to carry out repairs that complies with the current social distancing guidelines.  If you cannot provide this area then we would have to refuse onsite service and instead have the product shipped to our facility.

We'd like to thank you for your patience and understanding during these times. Our team is working hard to address your inquiries as fast and as safely as possible, with minimal interruption.
Thank you for your support, and we look forward to serving you soon!
